The floating licenses allow you to
install the <oXygen/> XML Author on any number of workstations connected to your
company network, but only the licensed number of instances will be able to run at
the same time. For example, if you purchase two Floating(concurrent) licenses, an
unlimited number of users can install and run <oXygen/>, but only two users(any two
users) can run it at the same time.
This license type is intended for
business use. The documents created with the editor can be used for
any purpose.
This product can be purchased ONLY if
you have a business type Floating license (NOT User-based) of a previous version of
<oXygen/> XML Author.
Buy once run everywhere - you can use one license to run <oXygen/>on any supported platform: Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Unix,
Eclipse etc.
One Upgrade or Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) license
covers one license of <oXygen/>.
Support & Maintenance Pack (SMP) - The one year Support
& Maintenance Pack provides unlimited technical support and allows you to
freely benefit of all new releases, major and minor for one year. It is
available only if you buy it within a 14 days period after a previous SMP has
expired, bundled with a new license or with an upgrade to <oXygen/>
v13.
An <oXygen/> v13 license covers all the
v13.x maintenance releases. If you are interested to always have
the latest version we recommend the 1year Support & Maintenance Pack(SMP)
option. The SMP is thought to be a cost effective alternative to upgrades.

have this code, please request the history of your orders.
There are two methods to send us an order history request:
Send us a request by email.
For security reasons the order history will be send only to
the email address shown in the 'From' field (and not to the email address from
the 'Reply-to' field).
The order history process is automated. You just have to
click on the above link and then choose 'Send' from your email client. Please
do not edit the message. The email is processed based on the address from the
'From' field.
