The floating licenses allow you to install the <oXygen/> XML Author on any number of workstations connected to your company network, but only the licensed number of instances will be able to run at the same time. For example, if you purchase two Floating(concurrent) licenses, an unlimited number of users can install and run <oXygen/>, but only two users(any two users) can run it at the same time.

This product can be purchased ONLY if you have a business type Floating license (NOT User-based) of a previous version of <oXygen/> XML Author.

There are two methods to send us an order history request:

• Send us a request by email.

  For security reasons the order history will be send only to the email address shown in the 'From' field (and not to the email address from the 'Reply-to' field).

  If you are not listed in the database no email will be sent to the address inserted above. The automated responder will reply in less than 20 minutes, with the list of orders that have either the delivery or the billing address matching your address.
