Hello Karol, the XSLT specification (I am guessing thats what u are reading) is not a very good tutorial, especially if you are a beginner. have you tried XSLT FAQ ? http://www.dpawson.co.uk/xsl/index.html since u did not include an example XSLT, I cannot point out where you are going wrong.... but here is a 'classic' identity stylesheet; <xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"> <xsl:template match="node()|@*"> <xsl:copy> <xsl:apply-templates select="@*|node()"/> </xsl:copy> </xsl:template> </xsl:stylesheet> start from here and amend. hth , Jim Fuller
