If it's `my' dtd then it says
<!ENTITY rarr             "&#x02192;" >

I use them because I need 5 hex digits for the plane 1 math characters
in x1d??? and it looks so untidy if (and is harder to sort) if  some
entries have four and some have five digits...

Not that the syntax used in the dtd should have any bearing on the
output though.
