Thank you for saying so. XSLT can be very elegant when one follows its 
natural processing model, as I did here.

I missed this part, as my mind was already engaged with the other part of 
your question. I'm glad I did miss it, since you later found your own 
solution (much more satisfying, isn't it?). I also see that David Carlisle 
is helping you tune that part of it, so you'll have an excellent solution 
to that part soon.
