That's what the code I posted did:
   [@class='Komm_H3'])[text()[1][normalize-space()]
which reads has a class attribute eqial to 'Komm_H3' and the first text
node is a non-white string.

My question was whether you needed to check that it was uppercase, or
whether you know from the context whether it's uppercase, and whether in
the case that had a comma you just wanted the bit before the comma or
the wwole text node.
