[xsl] Equivalent of href in FO

Hi all, I want to have a functionality equivalent to the Href functionality of html... I have to refer to different sections of the same document.. very similar to <a name ="xxx"/> and <a href = "#xxx"/>.. Is this possible in xsl:fo?? Thanks Dev anand
