David, Michael, Jeni and Tom, thank you VERY much for your help and patience. I finally made it. I am sorry for being so slow in understanding your words. I tried it out with the document function() and now it works. Cheers, Robert (I just switched email accounts, therefore here is no thread history, but I am the person who initiated this thread.)
