Hi Andras,
I haven't followed this thread, but noticed it is still running. Silly suggestion, what happens if you just strip the white-space that _is_ present in the xsl (around the tags of your concern)? So something like:
Looks quite silly actually, but who knows.
Apologies if this has been suggested by a dozen others already...
