You can use the choose-when-otherwise construct for that:

<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="condition 1">
	do something.
</xsl:when>
<xsl:when test="condition 2">
	do something.
</xsl:when>
<xsl:otherwise>
	do something.
</xsl:otherwise>
</xsl:choose>
