I fixed it, all you have to do is to set net.sf.saxon.om.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl as the parser because the default one (org.apache.xerces.jaxp.DocumentBuilderFactoryImpl) doesn't seem to like my XSLT.

Does anyone know which one of the two is the "real" standard-friendly parser?
