In the following XPath expression you missed the 
space before dashes: must be "text()!='JOURNALS --'
and text()!='LIBWEBSITE --'" instead of
"text()!='JOURNALS--' and text()!='LIBWEBSITE--'"

I think that will solve the problem, since you say
that it works for "ONLINELIB".
