You should have posted this to the FOP user list, because it is FOP specific.
In the ouput pdf, I see blank column. NO data in it.
You should have stated the FOP version you use. It seems you are using 0.20.4 which had this kind of problem. It is caused by failing to hyphenate the 0000000000000000 string because it is not a meaningful word.
But here's the interesting thing. When I remove the hyphenate="true" and language="en", I see the data in the column. Only problem here is, the data will over shoot the column.

Basically I had to restart my app server.
Usually it is better to develop and test with the command line application.
