I don't understand excactly what you want, but do you mean something like
this:
<ACC_NUM>
     <xsl:value-of select("concat(BRCH_CODE, ' ', CACC_NUM)")/>
</ACC_NUM>

Hello!!!

I want to know how to use the concat() function in XSL document.I want to
concat the value of two tags and put it in a new tag.
I have BRCH_CODE and CACC_NUM tags i want to concat their values and put
them in ACC_NUM.
