This is just an assumption, but subscription is a prerequisite for posting,
correct?

If you *were* subscribed, try resubscribing.  I noticed a few months ago
that I was no longer receiving mail from public-qt-comments and had to
resubscribe even though I'm quite sure I had not unsubscribed.  I suspect
their list serv drops addresses if mail bounces even just once or twice.
