I am using xslt to create one xsl from another xsl. How do I get this:
<!DOCTYPE xsl:stylesheet [
<!ENTITY nbsp '<xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes"> </xsl:text>'>
]>
..placed in the top of the new xsl, that I am creating?
