There's a rather lengthy article on it (my own) here, along with a very long
list of resources:

The layout is a little lame, and there are references to figures that don't
exist, and assorted other minor anomalies, so if it is too tiring to go
through the article, just scroll down to the end of the page and check out
the links for more stuff. I just haven't had time to make this a real
user-friendly page yet.
