Can anyone tell me where I can find a resource that can detail for me the most basic fundamentals of working with XSL FO? I've read all the articles, but they all assume a certain basic level of knowledge, which, frankly, I don't have. I am looking for something that explicitely tells me where and how to best use XSL FO to dictate presentation of my XML as RTF or PDF, including what elements I need and in what order to create the basic structure of the document.
I appreciate any information you can direct me toward.
