Yes,

but "http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl" is deprecated and proprietary.

So better stick with XSLT, and when using MSXML, use the proper vendor
extensions (you can find them in the SDK under msxsl:script).

...or try to avoid script completely :-)
