[didier replies] Microsoft also published an IIS extension that just does that. This could be counted as prior art. I also published a DSSSL engine (DSSSL is a style sheet language and an ISO standard) that does just that in 1999! It just proves that patent office people are simply out of date and probably a bit lazy or corrupted to accept this kind of thing with so much public work as a patent.
