My xml is as follows:

		<name>Jay</name>

                <shortdescription>Focal point</shortdescription>
                <country>England</country>
                <organisation>MFAL</organisation>
       </FPRecord>

		<name>Freddie</name>
		<email href="mailto:fred.com">fred.com</email>
            <shortdescription>fp for Uganda</shortdescription>
            <country>United States</country>
            <organisation>UN</organisation>    
        </FPRecord>

My xsl is:

I want the output to return me the results for Jay.
e.g.
Name Jay
Email ---
ShortDescription ---

I am getting nothing. Can someone possibly explain where my error is.
