Ralof,
http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform is the NEW version of xslt and is
supported by all the processors. http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl is the OLD
version and is obsolete.
I have put a checker on my site which will tell you which version you have
installed and hopefully install the NEW version of MSXML. You can test it
for me it is at

http://benbayes/xml/index.xml?/xml/utils/instalmsxml.xml
