[xsl] Sibling Axes
Subject: [xsl] Sibling Axes From: Adam Van Den Hoven <Adam.Hoven@xxxxxxxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 2 Jan 2001 09:45:06 -0800 |
I was reading the thread "multiple XML tags -> single output" and I came across an interesting question. Why are there preceding-sibling and following-sibling axes but not sibling or sibling-or-self axes. Is it simply because you can accomplish the same thing by using ../foo or parent::/*/foo or is there another reason. Just a thought. > Adam van den Hoven > Internet Application Developer > Blue Zone > tel. 604.685.4310 > fax. 604.685.4391 > > Blue Zone makes you interactive. http://www.bluezone.net/ > > > > XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
