    This is the command-line processor for "XSQL Pages"

From the example you are trying, it looks
like you want (1). :-)

Bingo! The one line change and it works just fine:


X:\samp>jre -cp "p:\oracle\xsltcurr\bin\xmlparserv2.jar" oracle.xml.parser.v2.oraxsl hello.xml hello.xsl t:\hello.htm
