The Eighth Edition of our book has the "Muenchian Method" and given your suggestion I've just dubbed both the intersection and difference approaches (see my earlier note today regarding the difference) I had added in the text of the Ninth edition as the "Kaysian Method". All customers of any edition will receive all future editions at no charge, so existing customers will see this in their next update.
