You can use XSLT to transform into any format, but how simple that will be
is a factor of both the source and the destination format. Word is an
extremely complex binary format (based on OLE Documents) so transforming
XML to word is going to be tough. You'd probably have better luck with
RTF, or better still, use XSL FO to produce PDF files.
