New XSL Working Draft and Last Call

A new XSL Working Draft is available from the W3C Web site:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/

With this new draft XSL enters Last Call. The XSL Working Group
considers that this draft is stable and ready to move to Candidate
Recommendation status, following the successful resolution of comments.
Please send detailed comments to xsl-editors@xxxxxx before 30 April 2000.
