I wrote a simple CGI in Perl
(<URL:http://maden.ne.mediaone.net/cgi-bin/diplo.pl>) about a year ago
that did some very trivial parsing of XML and delivery of XML. It
doesn't even use XML::Parser, which makes things much easier. I do a
lot of Perl and XML work now; it isn't for use with Apache, but the
techniques are applicable.
