New XSL Working Draft published

The W3C Working Group on XSL has just released the second
working draft of the XSL specification.  The new draft is
available at:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl

This version supersedes the previous draft released on
August 18.

Discussion is invited and comments can be sent to the
editors <xsl-editors@xxxxxx>
