RTF Processor
Subject: RTF Processor From: Mark_Overton@xxxxxxxxx Date: Mon, 13 Apr 1998 17:52:57 -0400 |
We are currently building a XSL processor which allows creation of HTML and RTF. We need a print format for our content. We have rebuilt the MSXML component so that it implements more of the XSL proposal (modes, etc.) which is necessary for production. We have also split the processor into two pieces, a XSL processor and a format specific component. We can plug in the RTF or HTML component for the desired output format. We are building this for our own use but I am beginning to believe that there may be interest from other people for the RTF capability. 1. If anyone is interested in the RTF capabilities, I would like to hear from them as to what functionality they would like to see. 2. There are many issues related to printing which are not addressed in any of the XSL proposals I have seen. We are going to extend the flow objects to handle these things but I would like to stay as standard as possible. If anyone has information about this I would appreciate some direction. -Mark Overton PTS Learning Systems XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
