XML "Smells"?

In reading about Code Smells ( http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?CodeSmell ), I was 
curious if anyone had isolated/recorded/categorized any "XML Smells"?

It's obvious to me that many such smells have surfaced on XML-Dev in the 
past, but like much good content here, got buried under the sheer volume of 
stuff that passes through the list.

Maybe the subject of an XML.com article in the future? ;-)
