NIST FDCC Compliance with <oXygen/> XML Editor and <oXygen/> XML Author

oXygen XML products have been tested according to the testing process provided in the OMB memo m08-22. Compliance was verified on a Windows Vista operating system following this testing procedure:

• FDCC settings were scanned;
• oXygen XML was installed as Admin;
• System was scanned for changes to FDCC settings;
• oXygen XML functionality was tested from a standard user level account;
• System was scanned for changes to FDCC settings;
• oXygen XML was uninstalled from Admin level account, then the computer was restarted;
• A final scan for FDCC settings was performed.

We have certified that the oXygen XML products as being compliant with the Federal Desktop Core Configuration (FDCC).
